Both upper canines were impacted palatally. Surgical exposure was done and brackets with gold chain attached to the canines. The canines were bracketed in 7 months. Additional time was needed to obtain proper torque and tip of the canines. The gingival levels and smile line are ideal. He is very happy that no one would ever know the canines had been impacted.
